Conditions
All orders are by cleared funds (orders will not be
dispatched until they are paid for in full). Orders paid by Credit/Debit cards and Paypal Funds are usually
dispatched within 24 hours of payment (Monday to Friday). E-cheque payments through Paypal can take up to 10 days
to clear and orders are dispatched as soon as payment shows in our account.
We are responsible for orders
reaching you. Orders failing to be delivered will be re-sent at our expense pending investigation. Orders received
that are incorrect should be advised within 2 days of delivery.
All products carry a twelve month warranty. Please keep your invoice as proof of
purchase. Faulty products can be returned directly to us and we will send out a replacement or where no replacement
is available, a refund will be issued. The customer should return it along with their order number and a
description of the fault. If the product is faulty, we will refund the postage to return it to us (return postage
should be at reasonable cost).
PLEASE CONTACT US IF YOUR ITEM IS FAULTY SO THAT WE CAN PROVIDE A RETURNS
ADDRESS.
We cannot accept returns where no contact has been made by email prior to the return.
No exceptions.
Returned items should be sent recorded delivery for the customers
security.
A return address label is attached to each order with our returns address on it, if
an order cannot be delivered, the Post Office will keep it for five days, after that it will be returned to
sender.
Every effort is made to ensure that all products are in full supply where available,
products that are not available are normally back in stock within 3-4 days, subject to manufacturer
availability.
Every effort is made to ensure that the information on this site is accurate, but we
accept no liability for any errors on the site.
All our customers have a cooling off period of seven
working days after receipt of the goods, in which you may return your unused goods for a refund
excluding any original and return postage costs. There is a re-stocking fee of £3.99 per item if you
return your goods having simply changed your mind.
If you wish to return your goods, please cancel in writing within this period of 7 days and return
the goods to us within 21 days for a refund. We will issue a refund within 7 days of receipt. We
cannot accept returned goods without prior written contact from you. We cannot accept used return goods if
the product is not faulty due to health and hygiene issues. Please note all unused items must be
returned in their original packaging and in an unused condition. The customer will incur the postage fees
plus the re-stocking fee of £3.99. Safe return of the goods is the responsibility of the customer. We
strongly advise that you get a free certificate of posting from the Post Office when you return your goods to
ensure you are protected if the parcel goes missing.
Should your items arrive damaged or become faulty please contact us as soon as possible to discuss whether we
should issue a replacement or a refund.
All products come with a one year warranty. Please keep your invoice as proof of purchase. If any faults occur
within one year we will replace the product, provided it is not due to misuse or accidental
damange.
